Healing Room Ministry Training at Christ UMC
This Saturday, July 23, beginning at 5:00 p.m., Christ United Methodist Church, will offer training on how to organize and operate a healing room ministry.
Based on the model of the John G. Lake Healing Rooms in Spokane, Washington, along with the guidance of Cal Pierce, we will offer such training to you. Clint McDowell of Indianapolis and Janet Gant of Fort Worth will lead in this event. Both Clint and Janet were instrumental in getting the Healing Station started in Fort Worth.
A meal will begin at 5pm this Saturday at Christ United Methodist Church (3301 Sycamore School Road), with training to follow. Clint McDowell will also preach at Christ UMC Sunday morning, July 24 at both the 8:45 and 11:00 worship services. Clint will also be here to minister Sunday evening at 5:30.
